Using our service is easy & convenient, we just need you to email us the settlement agreement and your contract of employment (so we can ensure that you are receiving all of your contractual entitlements).

We will then call you and discuss the terms of the Settlement Agreement and then contact your employer on your behalf to negotiate if necessary. We don’t need to meet with you but if you do want to meet we can either arrange an online meeting or an in person meeting.

*Please note should you choose not to sign your agreement after work has been undertaken, our fees will be payable by you. In the event you need additional advice, outside the standard agreement, we will advise you of any charges at the outset.
