Natalie Kedge set up Baileyfields in 2004. Natalie's understanding of employment law issues is second to none and having experienced first hand the difficulties both employers and employees face in the workplace, she also brings a good deal of support and empathy to her clients. Natalie qualified as a Barrister and remains to this day a member of Middle Temple, one of the Inns of Court. After a period at Allen & Overy and Freshfields in London, Natalie qualified as a solicitor and then spent eight years as a solicitor and partner with a practice in the City of London, where she honed her specialism in employment law. Natalie is a member of the employment lawyers association and is a contributor to EMPLAW, a well recognised on line employment law resource. In her freetime Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing an interest in travel.

Yasmin Tayob is our Consultant Solicitor covering the Brighton area.

Yasmin has specialised in Employment Law since 2001 and was previously an Associate at a leading law firm in Brighton. She has frequently presented seminars on key employment issues alongside other professionals from the corporate sector. Yasmin specialises in dealing with large international companies, usually as sole legal advisor, working alongside major insurance companies and HR Managers, dealing with senior level employees on both commencing and exiting their employment, drafting policies and procedures and advising on Contracts and Service Agreements. Yasmin is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. When not working she enjoys travelling and catching up with friends and family.

Julie Taylor qualified as a Barrister and is a member of Inner Temple. Julie's career began in the Financial and IT sectors before going onto gain a First Class Honours degree in Law with employment law being a specialism. Julie went on to develop her knowledge of employment law whilst studying for a Masters in International Commercial Law and during her studies to be called to the Bar. Julie is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an associate member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the Employment Law Bar Association. When not working Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and participates in charity events such as the London to Brighton bike ride.
